I became interested in the psychology of business practice when I was inspired by intensive leadership development at Cranfield School of Management. After qualifying as an NLP master practitioner through immersive study I completed in depth, Association For Coaching accredited, coaching development with The Beyond Partnership.  I still take ethical supervision, never stop exploring, we are always learning.   

I have coached leaders, managers and technical professionals independently and within the workplace since 2009.  I have worked with clients from legal, financial and health services; local government, social housing, charities, education and organisational development sectors.  I work with small business owners and clients from diverse backgrounds to help them make changes in their lives. 

We all experience the world uniquely, for some people the structure of their brain means that they interact with the world differently.  I have been working with neurodiverse clients since 2022.     

I bring over 25 years experience of leading in non profit and commercial services sectors. Now I simply coach.  It's what I choose to do.
